Vo Ngoc Bich Uyen completed her Master's program in Applied Mathematics and Informatics at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE), Moscow, Russia, in 2024, supported by a full scholarship from the governments of Vietnam and Russia. During her master's studies, she concurrently pursued Data Science at the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech), Russia. Previously, she earned a Bachelor's degree with honors in Applied Mathematics from Ural Federal University, Russia, in 2022. Dr. Thanh-Ha Do is a lecturer and expert in artificial intelligence, working at the AI FacultyPosts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology. She strongly advocates collaborative work in AI. Her project on using AI to identify abdominal tumors, which has been transferred to the US company MedAid, is a result of her collaborative efforts with various stakeholders. This AI-based medical technology is currently being deployed in several hospitals, a testament to the power of teamwork. Beyond healthcare data, she also has collaborative projects with domestic enterprises to consult and solve problems related to applying AI in reconstructing data from medical image records, mining satellite image data, etc. In addition, she is the author and co-author of more than 25 scientific papers that have appeared in international conferences and journals, a reflection of her inclusive research approach. |

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Cuong is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) and a Research Scientist at Qualcomm AI Research. He is also the Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Head of the PTIT.AI Artificial Intelligence Research Laboratory. He was a Research Specialist under the Marie Curie program of Philips Research at the Eindhoven High-Tech Park, the Netherlands; and a Research Associate at Open Lab, Newcastle University, UK; Research Assistant at the Jornada Laboratory, US Department of Agriculture. He has published about 80 scientific articles, many of which were published at top-tier conferences and journals on Artificial Intelligence such as CVPR, NeurIPS, ECCV, AAAI, UAI, etc.; and he also owns dozens of patents registered in the United States. |
